Manufacturing Process LG2 Bronze castings are made using Sand Casting and Shell Moulding techniques. The raw materials are melted in Oil-fired or Electric Induction Furnaces and poured into high-quality green sand or resin-bonded moulds. Post casting, parts undergo fettling, riser removal, shot blasting, heat treatment (if needed), and final CNC machining.
